Construction Recruitment Company

From scattered systems to a unified CRM

A large construction recruitment company operating across Sweden — from north to south. Their daily work depends on continuous contact with clients and candidates, but the tools they relied on were no longer fit for purpose.

Challenge

Operations were spread across multiple outdated systems that did not communicate with each other. Client data was inconsistent, duplicates were common and critical information lived in spreadsheets that only individual employees had access to. Modern customer portal with real-time tracking and CRM

A Swedish cooled freight company needed to give their customers better visibility into deliveries while modernizing their own customer management. We built a customer portal that combines real-time tracking with an integrated CRM.

Challenge

Customers had no way to track their deliveries themselves and relied on phone calls or emails for status updates. This created unnecessary load on customer service and frustrated clients who wanted fast, transparent information. At the same time, customer data was managed internally across scattered systems with no unified overview.

Customer portal with real-time vehicle tracking

We built a modern customer portal where clients can follow their deliveries in real time — with exact vehicle position and estimated time of arrival. Customers get the visibility they need without having to contact the company.

Estimated arrival time and delivery status

The portal displays continuously updated ETA based on current position and route. Customers can plan receiving and staffing based on reliable time estimates instead of guesswork.

News and operational updates directly in the portal

The company can publish news, service announcements and updates directly to their customers through the portal — a central channel that reduces the need for separate mailings and ensures the right information reaches the right audience.

Integrated CRM for customer management

The portal includes a custom-built CRM that gives the company a unified view of every customer relationship — contact history, agreements and delivery data in one place. It replaced previously scattered solutions and gave the sales team a shared tool.

Consulting Firm

Custom intranet with time reporting, payroll calculation and Fortnox integration

A consulting firm needed to consolidate employee data, time reporting, invoicing and payroll into one system instead of managing it manually across multiple separate tools. We built an internal intranet that automates the flow from report to payment.

Time reports were handled manually, payroll was compiled in spreadsheets and invoices were created separately in Fortnox with no connection to reported hours. This meant double work, risk of miscalculations and a time-consuming process every month — especially for the accounting team who had to reconcile everything manually.

Employees report time directly in the intranet with project, client and hours. Reports are approved by the responsible manager and flow automatically to invoicing and payroll — without manual steps in between.

Automatic payroll calculation based on time reports

The system automatically calculates payroll based on reported hours, agreed hourly rates and any supplements. The accounting team receives ready-made payroll data instead of having to calculate manually every month.

Invoicing system integrated with Fortnox

We built a direct integration with Fortnox that allows invoices to be created and sent based on approved time reports. Client information, project references and amounts are synced automatically — eliminating double entry and reducing the risk of errors.

Central employee data and personnel register

The intranet serves as a unified register for all employee information — contact details, employment agreements, roles and history. It gives HR and management a clear overview without searching through emails or folders.
